Cayton View welcomes first residents
Cayton View, our new luxury residential and dementia care home in Scarborough, has warmly welcomed its first residents. The red carpet was rolled out for our very first resident, Jack, and it has been an absolute pleasure to welcome several other residents since. There has been a wonderful atmosphere in our home and our residents and team have been getting to know each other with much joy and laughter.
Our residents have been busy embracing the Christmas season with a variety of fun activities. We have been making beautiful Christmas wreaths to decorate the home, which look stunning alongside our Christmas trees.
Another favourite activity has been writing Christmas cards for loved ones. Residents have enjoyed reminiscing about past Chrsitmases while crafting heartfelt messages to family and friends. These moments of reflection and connection have been truly special, reminding us all of the importance of sharing love and gratitude during this magical time of year.
As we continue to settle in, it has been incredible to see our residents thriving in their new home. Cayton View has quickly become a place where they can feel safe, comfortable, and supported, surrounded by warmth and care. We are looking forward to many more memorable moments as we celebrate our first Christmas together.
