3 on 3 off shift pattern, 8am-8pm. 42 average weekly hours.
The Role
You will play a key role in providing a high standard of care to our residents in accordance with their individually assessed needs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be kind, warm and compassionate, with a can-do attitude.
- Have an NVQ 2, or be willing to work towards it.
- Previous care experience is not a necessity but would be an advantage.
- Be a team player, self-motivated, proactive and flexible.
- Plan and prioritise workloads with an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
